通过对进行过显微根尖手术患者的预后研究，探讨骨窗技术和传统显微根尖手术对慢性根尖周炎患者术后的骨板恢复情况，获得不同手术方法对预后的影响，为显微根尖手术的临床工作提供指导。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of bone window technique and traditional endodontic microsurgery on the prognosis of patients with chronic apical periodontitis, and to provide guidance for clinical work of endodontic microsurgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1: 重度牙体牙髓联合病变 2: 伴有全身性疾病影响骨质愈合 3: 冠根比<1:1 4: 根裂

Exclusion criteria：

1: severe periodontic endodontic lesion 2: systemic diseases affecting bone healing 3: crown-root-ratio<1:1 4: root fracture
