研究目的：

本课题通过观察采用疏筋整复手法治疗前后，患者疼痛视觉模拟评分量表（VAS 评分）、腰椎功能障碍指数（ODI）和腰部竖脊肌表面肌电图等方面的改变情况，进一步明确该手法改善腰椎间盘突出症慢性腰痛的技术要点以及适应症、禁忌症、安全性的操作规程。  

Objectives of Study：

In this project, we observed the changes of the visual analogue rating scale (VAS score), lumbar dysfunction index (ODI) and electromyography of the lumbar erector spinae muscle surface before and after the treatment of the tendon thinning and reshaping technique, and further clarified the technical points of the technique to improve chronic low back pain in lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, as well as the operating procedures for indications, contraindications and safety.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）合并有严重心血管疾病（如心肌梗死、严重心衰等）、肺部疾病（如肺功能不全等）、肾脏疾病、肝脏疾病、造血系统等疾病； （2）合并中重度骨质疏松、骨折或其他手法禁忌症患者； （3）腰椎失稳、腰椎滑脱、腰椎管狭窄症、股骨头坏死、血管性疾病、肿瘤、腰椎结核等疾病，巨大髓核突出导致严重神经功能受损；极外侧突出导致剧烈下肢放射痛；马尾综合征；或有其他疾病需要手术治疗； （4）2 周内应用过非甾类消炎止痛药或营养神经药物治疗； （5）怀孕妇女或哺乳期妇女； （6）因患有精神疾患不能配合完成试验者； （7）正在同时参加其他临床药物试验的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Merge with serious cardiovascular diseases (such as myocardial infarction, severe heart failure, etc.), pulmonary diseases (such as pulmonary dysfunction, etc.), kidney diseases, liver diseases, hematopoietic system diseases, etc; (2) Patients with moderate to severe osteoporosis, fractures, or other contraindications to manual manipulation; (3) Lumbar instability, lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar spinal stenosis, femoral head necrosis, vascular diseases, tumors, lumbar tuberculosis and other diseases, and severe neurological impairment caused by the herniation of giant nucleus pulposus; Extreme lateral protrusion causes severe radiating pain in the lower extremities; cauda equina syndrome; or have other medical conditions that require surgical treatment; (4) Used nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs or nutritional nerve drugs for treatment within 2 weeks; (5) Pregnant or lactating women; (6) Individuals who are unable to cooperate in completing the experiment due to mental illness; (7) Subjects who are currently participating in other clinical drug trials.
