研究目的：

目的：探讨数字化导板引导自体皮质骨板再植用于唇颊侧骨板完整的根尖周炎骨病损修复的临床疗效。 意义：为提高显微根尖手术疗效提供临床应用依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Object: To investigate the clinical effect of digital guide plate guided autografts of cortical bone plates for complete repair of lip and buccal bone plates with periapical inflammation. Significance: To provide clinical basis for improving the effect of micro-apical surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.全身健康状况不佳，特别是血糖控制不佳的患者； 2.根尖骨病损直径小于5mm。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with poor general health, especially those with poor blood sugar control; 2. The periapical lesion is smaller than 5 mm in diameter.

The medical image analysis and processing software MIMICS were used to process CBCT images before and 12 months after surgery Cortical bone thickness measurement and volume measurement based on CBCT 3D reconstruction were used to evaluate the cortical bone healing before and after treatment in the experimental group and the control group. Radiographs were used to evaluate the healing of bone lesions according to Rud and Molvens 2D apical radiographs.
