研究目的:

(1)明确脑梗死患者睡眠结构与认知功能的相关性。 (2)分析电针对脑梗死患者脑电信息传输的影响,从电生理角度阐明电针对睡眠结构与认知障碍的效应。 (3)基于EEG-fMRI研究电针对脑梗死患者皮层活跃情况和脑区协同性的影响,揭示电针改善脑梗死患者睡眠结构与认知障碍的中枢机制。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) Expliciting the correlation between sleep structure and cognitive function in patients with cerebral infarction; (2) Analyzing the effect of Electroacupuncture on the transmission of EEG information in patients with cerebral infarction, and to elucidate the effect of Electroacupuncture on sleep structure and cognitive impairment; (3) Exploring the effect of Electroacupuncture on cortical activity and brain area synergy in patients with cerebral infarction based on EEG-fMRI, and to reveal the central mechanism of electroacupuncture improving sleep structure and cognitive impairment in patients with cerebral infarction.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)不符合诊断标准;
(2)年龄小于40周岁,或者大于65周岁;
(3)病程小于3个月,或者大于2年;
(4)脑梗死后伴有意识障碍或病情严重以致不能配合相关检查的患者;
(5)严重的精神障碍或既往精神疾病病史阳性者;
(6)合并有严重的心肺功能衰竭或其他严重的躯体疾病;
(7)发病前已经诊断或正在治疗的睡眠障碍、认知障碍患者;
(8)体内有金属残留者,深静脉置管等无法进行扫描或影响图像质量者;
(9)正在服用或最近1个月服用作用于中枢神经系统的药物(如:地西泮、抗抑郁药、抗精神病药)的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Failure to meet diagnostic criteria;
(2) Less than 40 years old, or more than 65 years old;
(3) The course of disease was less than 3 months, or more than 2 years;
(4) Patients with consciousness disorder or severe illness after cerebral infarction can not cooperate with related examinations;
(5) Severe mental disorders or patients with previous history of mental illness;
(6) Combined with severe cardiopulmonary failure or other serious somatic diseases;
(7) Before the onset of cerebral infarction, the patient has been diagnosed with sleep disorders or cognitive impairment;
(8) There are metal residues in the body, deep vein catheterization can not be scanned or affect the image quality;
(9) Patients who took drugs for the central nervous system( diazepam, antidepressants, antipsychotics) in the last 1 months.
