研究目的：

本研究旨在通过比较真实世界不同临床治疗方案对骨质减少 HIV-1/AIDS 成年男性的骨质影响,再通过分析循环单核细胞亚群、Th17、Treg 细胞的占比及其糖代谢、氨基酸代谢的差异、不同炎症因子的表达，探究分析不同免疫细胞代谢与骨质疏松的关系，为 HIV-1/AIDS 合并骨质疏松的治疗提供依据和新的治疗靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to compare the bone effects of different clinical treatment regimens on osteopenia in adult men with HIV-1/AIDS in the real world, and then to analyze the proportion of circulating monocyte subsets, Th17 and Treg cells, the differences in glucose metabolism, amino acid metabolism, and the expression of different inflammatory factors. To explore and analyze the relationship between metabolism of different immune cells and osteoporosis, and to provide evidence and new therapeutic targets for the treatment of HIV-1/AIDS combined with osteoporosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 比较真实世界不同临床治疗方案对骨质减少 HIV-1/AIDS 成年男性的骨质影响 1）合并结核感染；2）患有乙型肝炎或慢性丙型肝炎、晚期肝病、慢性内分泌疾病（甲亢、糖尿病等）、慢性营养不良或吸收不良肿瘤、成骨不全症；3）过去6个月内接受可能影响骨骼的治疗(如口服糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、抗癫痫药物或抗骨质疏松药)；4）高钙血症或低钙血症。 2. 基于免疫代谢角度研究慢性炎症对骨质下降的相关影响 1）合并结核感染；2）患有乙型肝炎或慢性丙型肝炎、晚期肝病、慢性内分泌疾病（甲亢、 糖尿病等）、慢性营养不良或吸收不良肿瘤、成骨不全症；3）过去 6 个月内接受可能影响骨骼的治疗(如口服糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、抗癫痫药物或抗骨质疏松药)；4）治疗期间依从性差，停药时间长.

Exclusion criteria：

1. To compare the bone effects of different clinical treatments on osteopenia in adult men with HIV-1/AIDS in the real world 1) co-infection with tuberculosis; 2) patients with hepatitis B or chronic hepatitis C, advanced liver disease, chronic endocrine diseases (hyperthyroidism, diabetes, etc.), chronic malnutrition or malabsorption tumors, osteogenesis implasia; 3) taking medications that may affect bone (e.g., oral glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, antiepileptic drugs, or anti-osteoporosis drugs) within the past 6 months; 4) hypercalcemia or hypocalcemia. 2. To investigate the effect of chronic inflammation on bone loss from the perspective of immunometabolism 1) co-infection with tuberculosis; 2) patients with hepatitis B or chronic hepatitis C, advanced liver disease, chronic endocrine diseases (hyperthyroidism, diabetes, etc.), chronic malnutrition or malabsorption tumors, osteogenesis implasia; 3) taking medications that may affect bone (e.g., oral glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, antiepileptic drugs, or anti-osteoporosis drugs) within the past 6 months; 4) poor compliance and long withdrawal time during treatment.
