研究目的：

评价开颅大手术患者肺保护性通气策略的研究；探寻保护方案，寻找最适合该类手术患者的最佳peep值。

Objectives of Study：

Objective to evaluate the strategy of lung protective ventilation in patients undergoing craniotomy, and to explore the protection scheme to find the best peep value for the patients with this kind of operation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

术前放疗患者；合并ALI/ARDS；合并心衰或怀疑合并心衰；术前15天内接受过机械通气（包括CPAP）治疗；合并气胸或肺大疱；中重度肝肾功能不全；合并需要氧疗或CPAP的COPD；术后转入ICU或术后意识未恢复；正在参加其他临床干预试验。

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative radiotherapy in patients with heart failure; ALI/ARDS; or suspected with heart failure; 15 days before operation and received mechanical ventilation (CPAP) treatment; pneumothorax or lung bullae; severe liver and kidney dysfunction; COPD patients who need oxygen therapy or CPAP; postoperative into ICU or postoperative consciousness did not recover; is participating in other clinical intervention trials.
