Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the safety and effectiveness of the biological amniotic membrane produced by Tianjin Shi Ji Kang Tai Biomedical Engineering Co., Ltd. for shallow corneal repair

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）眼角膜缺损深度大于 1/3 角膜层厚度； （2）化学伤或热烧伤角膜缘缺血范围超过 1/3； （3）眼部感染处于活动期； （4）青光眼患者； （5）糖尿病患者合并视网膜脱落等眼底疾病经研究者判断不适合入组者； （6）眼睑缺损、眼睑闭合不全、眼睑内翻、眼睑外翻等眼睑异常经研究者判断不适合入组者； （7）严重过敏体质或对试验材料及用药过敏； （8）妊娠、计划妊娠或处于哺乳期的女性； （9）1个月内参加过其他医疗器械临床试验者，或者3个月内参加过药物临床试验； （10）研究者认为不适合参加本试验的其他情形。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The depth of corneal defect is greater than one-third of the thickness of the corneal layer; (2) Chemical or thermal burns with corneal limbal ischemia exceeding one-third; (3) Eye infections are in the active phase; (4) Glaucoma patients; (5) Patients with diabetes complicated with retinal detachment and other fundus diseases are not suitable for the group according to the judgment of the researcher; (6) Eyelid defects, incomplete closure of the eyelids, entropion of the eyelids, ectropion of the eyelids, and other eyelid abnormalities determined by the researcher as unsuitable for inclusion; (7) Severe allergic constitution or allergy to test materials and medication; (8) Pregnant, planned or breastfeeding women; (9) Individuals who have participated in clinical trials of other medical devices within one month, or have participated in drug clinical trials within three months; (10) Other situations that the researcher deems unsuitable for participation in this experiment.
