研究目的:

通过构建标准化ERCP数据库,并基于深度学习算法和惯性测量单元的结合建立一个人工智能辅助ERCP系统,同时评估其在ERCP检查中对十二指肠乳头检测和胆管插管方向预测的能力。  

Objectives of Study:

By constructing a standardized ERCP database and establishing an AI-assisted ERCP system based on the integration of deep learning algorithms and inertial measurement units, we aim to evaluate its ability in detecting the duodenal papilla and predicting the direction for bile duct cannulation during ERCP procedures.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)胰腺相关手术(例如需要进行胰管操作); (2)1型乳头周围存在憩室,使得乳头类型难以分类及插管困难; (3)肿瘤累及十二指肠乳头; (4)乳头因其他原因(如十二指肠黏膜肿胀、乳头畸形、乳头表面溃疡等)导致插管困难; (5)外科手术(十二指肠、胰腺、胆道手术)后解剖改变或胰胆管汇合异常; (6)合并胰腺或胆道或十二指肠肿瘤; (7)存在研究者认为不适宜参加本临床试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Pancreatic-related surgery (e.g., requiring pancreatic duct manipulation). 2.Presence of diverticula around the type 1 papilla, making papilla classification and cannulation difficult. 3.Tumor involving the duodenal papilla. 4.Difficulty in cannulation due to other reasons (such as duodenal mucosal swelling, papillary deformity, papillary surface ulceration, etc.). 5..Anatomical changes after surgical procedures (duodenum, pancreas, biliary tract) or anomalies in pancreaticobiliary confluence. 6.Concurrent pancreatic, biliary, or duodenal tumors. 7.Other conditions deemed unsuitable for participation in this clinical trial by the investigator.
