本研究拟通过对常用中医外治法（体针、耳穴等）治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效进行评价，筛选出适用于社会广泛开展的优效方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods (body acupuncture, ear acupoints, etc.) in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, and screen out effective plans that are widely applicable in society.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有慢性副鼻窦炎病史，或经X线片检查发现患有慢性副鼻窦炎者； ②有鼻腔器质性病变或曾经行鼻腔手术者； ③过去1年内曾接受激素系统治疗者； ④合并有呼吸系统其他疾病者，如支气管扩张、肺部恶性病变等； ⑤合并有肝肾功能不全、严重精神心理疾患或其他严重疾病者； ⑥对研究中使用的相关药物过敏或晕针者； ⑦妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

① Individuals with a history of chronic sinusitis or those diagnosed with chronic sinusitis through X-ray examination; ② Individuals with organic lesions in the nasal cavity or those who have undergone nasal surgery; ③ Individuals who have received hormone therapy within the past year; ④ Individuals with concomitant respiratory system diseases, such as bronchiectasis, malignant lung lesions, etc; ⑤ Individuals with combined liver and kidney dysfunction, severe mental and psychological disorders, or other serious illnesses; ⑥ Individuals who have allergies or fainting to the relevant drugs used in the study; ⑦ Pregnant or lactating women.

取颧骨弓的下缘为进针点, 即为颞骨颧突和颧骨颞突的合缝线隆起部的稍后位置, “下关”穴前方约1.5cm, 此处能触及一弓形凹陷, 使用长55mm, 粗0.35mm的针灸针从弓形凹陷中央下方进针, 针尖稍微斜向前上方缓慢刺入, 途中调节合适方向, 避开面部多重骨组织, 最终针身将全数没入皮内, 患者针侧面颊部可能产生强烈窜电感或亦有描述为鼻腔内出现瞬间的喷水样感觉。反复适度刺激3～5次后起针。针刺双侧蝶腭神经节，1次/周，治疗1周。

Intervention：

Take the lower edge of the zygomatic arch as the needle entry point, which is the later position of the ridge of the joint line of the zygomatic process of the temporal bone and the temporal process of the zygomatic bone. About 1.5cm in front of the "Xiaguan" point, a bow shaped depression can be reached here. Use a 55mm long and 0.35mm thick acupuncture and moxibustion needle to enter the needle from below the central part of the bow shaped depression. The needle tip is slightly inclined forward and upward and slowly inserted. Adjust the appropriate direction on the way to avoid multiple bone tissues on the face. Finally, the needle body will be totally immersed in the skin. The patient's cheek on the side of the needle may have a strong channeling inductance or it is also described as a momentary spray like feeling in the nasal cavity. Repeatedly stimulate moderately for 3-5 times before starting the injection. Acupuncture of bilateral sphenopalatine ganglia, once per week, treatment for one week.

取双侧足三里穴（在外膝眼下3寸，胫骨前棘旁开1寸）、双侧丰隆穴（外踝尖上8寸，距胫骨前缘二横指）、双侧血海穴（髌底内侧端上2寸，股内侧肌隆起处）、双侧太溪穴（内踝尖与跟腱之间的凹陷中），患者取仰卧位，针刺处皮肤消毒，用 1.5 寸针灸针，直刺入，针尖与皮肤呈 90°，进针后行针5分钟，留针20分钟，隔日1次，1周内治疗3次，治疗1周。

Take bilateral Zusanli points (3 inches below the outer knee, 1 inch beside the anterior spine of the tibia), bilateral Fenglong points (8 inches above the outer ankle tip, two transverse fingers from the front edge of the tibia), bilateral Xuehai points (2 inches above the medial end of the patellar base, at the bulge of the medial thigh muscle), and bilateral Taixi points (in the depression between the inner ankle tip and the Achilles tendon). The patient takes a supine position, disinfects the skin at the acupuncture point, and uses a 1.5 inch acupuncture and moxibustion needle to directly puncture the needle tip at a 90 ° angle to the skin. The needle is inserted for 5 minutes, retained for 20 minutes, treated once every other day, treated three times within a week, and treated for one week.

选取双侧内鼻、肺、脾、肾、内分泌。穴位定位参照《中华人民共和国国家标准·耳穴名称与定位》。将耳廓及耳周常规消毒后，一手固定耳廓，另一手持镊在穴位上贴压王不留行籽，固定后按压数次，以耳部酸胀疼痛为度，并嘱受试者每日自行按压3～5次，每次每穴按压约2~3min，治疗1周。

Intervention：

由于针刺手法的特殊性，具体操作中无法实现对治疗师和受试者的双盲，因此本实验采用数据分析者忙的方法，由对分组情况毫不知情的第三方数据统计分析人员完成数据的采集和统计分析工作。

Blinding：

Due to the particularity of acupuncture techniques, it is not possible to achieve double-blind treatment for both the therapist and the subjects in the specific operation. Therefore, this experiment adopts the method of busy data analysts, and third-party data statistical analysts who are unaware of the grouping situation complete the data collection and statistical analysis work.
