本研究旨在了解血液肿瘤患者自我表露的现状，并分析其影响因素，为未来制定针对性的护理干预措施提供参考和干预靶点，以期提高患者的自我表露水平，降低患者的心理困扰，促进其更好地疾病应对，提升患者的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to comprehend the current state of self-disclosure in patients with hematological neoplasms and analyze its influencing factors, aiming to provide targeted nursing interventions in the future. This will ultimately enhance patients' self-disclosure levels, alleviate their psychological distress, facilitate better disease coping, and improve their overall quality of life.

①有精神疾病或认知障碍； ②有其他严重身体疾病无法配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment. ② Patients with other serious physical diseases who are unable to cooperate.
