通过检测血浆cfDNA中MBP基因片段甲基化状态，明确血浆中未甲基化MBP基因片段是否能评估心脏体外循环术后的脑损害。

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether the MBP gene fragment methylation in plasma can evaluate the brain damage after cardiopulmonary bypass by detecting the methylation state of MBP gene in plasma cfDNA.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

术前有脑外伤史、脑卒中、癫痫病史、精神疾病史、脑部肿瘤、多发性硬化、智力障碍等脑部疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative brain trauma history, stoke, epilepsy, mental illness, brain tumor, multiple sclerosis, mental disorders and other brain diseases.
