研究目的：

我们开展一项前瞻性观察性队列研究，纳入择期接受非心脏手术患者，研究术前睡眠障碍或有锻炼习惯患者是否会影响肠道菌群变化，从而影响患者术后神经认知水平。这项研究或许可以为预防和治疗术后远期认知损伤的患者提供新的临床思路。  

Objectives of Study：

We conducted a prospective observational cohort study to investigate whether the postoperative neurocognition was affected by preoperative sleep disorder or exercise induced gut microbiota changes in elective non-cardiac surgery patients. This study may provide a new clinical measure for prevention and treatment of long-term postoperative cognitive impairment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、拒绝签署知情同意书的患者 2、长期服用益生菌或者术前1个月内应用抗生素患者 3、有神经系统并发症：脑出血、脑梗、脑部肿瘤、阿尔兹海默症、帕金森等 4、有精神疾病病史患者 5、术前认知功能障碍的患者 6、无法沟通或失访的患者 7、文化水平小学及以下（包括文盲）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent. 2. Patients who take probiotics for a long time or take antibiotics within 1 month before surgery. 3. Patients with neurological complications including cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, brain tumor, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, etc. 4. Patients with a history of mental illness. 5. Patients with preoperative cognitive dysfunction. 6. Patients who cannot communicate or lose to follow-up. 7. Patients with education of primary school or below.
