研究目的：

本课题以现代药理研究及临床试验研究为基础，选用临床疗效可靠安全的中药甘草制备的喷雾剂型。通过动物实验临床观察，研究其作用机制，评判疗效结果，为气管插管呼吸道并发症的防治提供有效临床防治办法和充分实验理论依据。

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①烟酒嗜好者；肝肾功能严重异常者；凝血功能异常者；②心功能Ⅲ级及Ⅲ级以上者；重度高血压患者（SBP>160mmHg或/和DBP>110mmHg)；③术前存在感冒发热，感染等炎症表现患者；④存在咽喉不适，咳嗽，咳痰等临床表现者；⑤手术前用过镇痛药和类固醇类药物者；⑥口腔或鼻腔有其它管道者（如带胃管者)；⑦手术带管时间大于5h或小于1h；⑧麻醉诱导后发现气管插管困难，喉镜暴露下，插管中咽喉出血者；⑨气囊套囊充气压力控制在25cmH20，机械通气有漏气者；

Exclusion criteria：

Severe liver and kidney function; The coagulant function is unusual; Heart function level and level of the above; Patients with severe hypertension (SBP >160mmhg or/and DBP>110mmHg); Preoperative cold fever, infection and other inflammatory manifestations of the patient; Clinical performers such as throat discomfort, cough, expectorant phlegm, etc. Patients used analgesics and steroid drugs before the operation; Other conduit (such as a stomach tube) in the mouth or nasal cavity; The duration of the operation will longer than 5 hrs or less than 1 hour; After anaesthesia induction, the tracheal intubation was found to be difficult and the laryngoscope was exposed to the laryngeal hemorrhage in the intubation.
