（1）探讨基于获益框架和损失框架的肺癌筛查决策辅助工具对高危人群筛查认知、决策与行为的作用机制。 （2）探讨基于获益信息框架、损失信息框架的肺癌筛查决策辅助工具的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the mechanism of gain-framed and loss-framed patient decision aid on the lung cancer screening cognition, decision and behavior in high-risk population. (2) To compare the effect of gain-framed and loss-framed lung cancer screening patient decision aid on decision outcome and screening behavior.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①近 1 年内进行过肺癌筛查者；②有精神异常的或正在接受精神健康方面治疗的患者；③有认知障碍、脑损伤或脑部疾病者；④语言沟通障碍；⑤正在参加或曾参与过共享决策相关研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Individual who have been screened for lung cancer in the last 1 year; ②Individual who have mental disorders or are receiving mental health treatment; ③Individual with cognitive impairment, brain injury or brain disease; ④ Individual with language communication barriers; ⑤Individual who are participating in or have participated in shared decision-making research.
