Objectives of Study：

Objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Dahuang Lingpi Formula in delaying the transformation of acute kidney injury into chronic kidney disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 存在认知障碍或精神疾病不能配合； 2. 合并严重心、肝、肾及造血系统等功能异常者； 3. 对本组研究所用药物过敏者； 4. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 5. 入组前1个月内参加过或正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Having cognitive impairment or mental illness that prevents cooperation; 2. Individuals with severe functional abnormalities in the heart, liver, kidneys, and hematopoietic system; 3. Individuals who are allergic to the drugs used in our research group; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Individuals who have participated or are currently participating in other clinical trials within the first month prior to enrollment.
