研究目的：

在之前的研究中，本课题的研究者利用生物信息学技术研究了线粒体代谢在PGD中的作用，通过建立大鼠模型，验证了关键MitoDEGs的表达及其与肺功能的关系。现在，需收集PGD患者的基本资料，以确认中心MitoDEGs的表达及其与肺功能的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

In previous studies, the researchers of this subject used bioinformatics techniques to study the role of mitochondrial metabolism in PGD, and verified the expression of key MitoDEGs and its relationship with lung function by establishing rat models. Now, we need to collect basic data from PGD patients to confirm the expression of central MitoDEGs and its relationship with lung function

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有器官移植手术史；
2.联合多器官移植；
3.数据严重缺失；
4.病例纳入后肺移植失败或患者术中死亡；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who have had organ transplants; 2.Combined multiple organ transplantation; 3.Serious data missing; 4.Lung transplantation failed or the patient died during the operation;
