研究目的：

基于多学科交叉融合，以脑梗死为切入点，以临床脑梗死患者为研究对象，以不同腧穴和针刺手法为变量，构建多模式刺激融合的新型试验范式，通过 EEG 的微动态和复杂网络，建立针刺——EEG动态变化——效应间的量化关系，阐释不同腧穴和手法量学治疗脑梗死的效应作用机制，以量化和优化针刺手法  

Objectives of Study：

Based on multidisciplinary cross-fertilization, taking cerebral infarction as the entry point, taking clinical cerebral infarction patients as the research object, using different acupoints and acupuncture manipulation as the variables, constructing a new experimental paradigm of multimodal stimulation fusion, and establishing a quantitative relationship between acupuncture - EEG dynamic changes - and effect by means of the microdynamics of the EEG and the complex network, in order to quantify and optimize the effect of quantitative treatment with acupuncture manipulation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①短暂性脑缺血发作； ②急性后循环脑梗死； ③急性期重度昏迷、严重脑疝； ④大面积脑梗死及有严重的心、肝、肾和造血等系统的原发性疾病； ⑤慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）、严重心肺功能障碍； ⑥血压异常，收缩压≥180 mm Hg 或≤90 mm Hg，舒张压≥110 mm Hg 或≤60 mm Hg； ⑦精神狂躁，认知障碍，无法配合针刺治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Transient ischemic attack; ② Acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction; ③ Severe coma and severe cerebral hernia in the acute stage; ④ Large cerebral infarction and with serious primary diseases of heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; ⑤ Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; ⑥ Abnormal blood pressure, systolic blood pressure ≥180 mm Hg or ≤90 mm Hg, diastolic blood pressure ≥110 mm Hg or ≤60 mm Hg; ⑦ Mental mania, cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with acupuncture treatment.
