研究目的：

基于“肾主骨”理论，通过观察艾灸联合血液透析和基础疗法治疗肾性骨病的临床疗效及安全性，从而探究艾灸治疗肾性骨病的效应机制。为临床采用针灸治疗肾性骨病提供相对客观的评价依据，同时也为拓宽针灸治疗疑难病证提供一点临床思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the clinical effect and safety of moxibustion combined with hemodialysis and basic therapy on renal bone disease for exploring the effect mechanism of moxibustion on renal bone disease based on kidney governing bone theory, with the aim to provide a relatively objective evaluation basis for the treatment of renal bone disease by acupuncture and moxibustion as well as some clinical thinking for broadening the treatment of difficult diseases by acupuncture and moxibustion.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）可能患有其他原因导致的骨病，如更年期综合征，老年性退行性骨关节炎等；服用影响骨代谢的 药物(雌激素、长期服用皮质醇激素)，或者患有其他系统疾病或 （2）因其他原因对骨的正常发育有影响或致病者； （3）合并有慢性或活动性出血者； （4）合并其他严重器质性疾病(如肿瘤等)； （5）合并妊娠、流产、哺乳期发现本病患者； （6）合并精神疾病患者； （7）不愿配合本方法治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients may have other causes of bone diseases, such as climacteric syndrome, senile degenerative osteoarthritis, take medications that affect bone metabolism (Estrogen, long-term use of cortisol hormone) or have some other chronic diseases; (2) The normal development of bone is affected or caused by diseases; (3) Patients with chronic or active bleeding; (4) Patients with other serious organic diseases (such as tumors, etc.) (5) The disease was found during pregnancy, abortion and lactation; (6) Patients with mental illness; (7) Those who do not want to cooperate in this treatment.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

运用Excel软件产生随机数字序列，将编号放入密封、不透光的信封中实施分配隐藏，患者根据就诊顺序打开信封，按照1:1比例分组，偶数进入观察组，奇数进入对照组，每组33例。请专人设置，负责记录和评估的人员不知晓分组，执行数据分析的人员不参与研究的设计和具体临床实施。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Generate random sequence of numbers using Excel software and place the numbers in a sealed, opaque envelope for distribution hiding, patients open the envelope according to the order of treatment, then divide them into groups according to the 1:1 ratio, even numbers in the observation group and odd numbers in the control group, with 33 cases in each group. The person who is in charge of recording and evaluating is not aware of the grouping, and the person performing data analysis is not involved in the design and specific clinical implementation of the study.

盲法：

因观察组和对照组的治疗方式存在显著差异，很难对施术者和患者设盲，因此本研究仅对结局评价者、统计分析者施行盲法。

Blinding：

It is difficult to blind the practitioner and the patient due to the significant difference in treatment methods between the observation group and the control group. Therefore, the study only applied the blind method to the outcome evaluators and statistical analysts.
