Descriptive analysis was used for the general data, professional identity and learning input of operating room nurses. The counting data were expressed by frequency and component ratio. The measurement data were in line with normal distribution and expressed by mean ± standard deviation. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between professional identity and learning engagement of nurses in operating room by multiple linear regression.
