研究目的：

本研究旨在建立北京协和医院的卵巢组织玻璃化冷冻保存和适时移植的流程，弥 补我院在该领域的空白，帮助年轻女性肿瘤患者进行生育力保存。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to establish a procedure for vitrification and timely transplantation of Peking Union Medical College Hospital ovarian tissue, to fill the gap in this field in our hospital, and to help young female patients with cancer to preserve fertility.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）原发卵巢肿瘤； （2）切除的卵巢组织病理发现卵巢组织转移； （3）已经接受过全身化疗、局部放疗、靶向、免疫治疗等，已造成卵巢组织损伤。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) primary ovarian tumor; (2) ovarian metastasis was found in the excised ovarian tissues (3) she has received systemic chemotherapy, local radiotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and so on.
