Objectives of Study:

To assess the effects of fermented oats on immune status, gut health and mood.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 过去五年内有胃肠道疾病、急性和慢性胃肠道疾病的手术史 2. 慢性疾病(确诊糖尿病、高血压、高脂血症等) 3. 过去 6 个月内使用过抗生素 4. 经常食用发酵产品(酸奶、泡菜、葡萄酒、黄酒、发酵茶等发酵制品,每周四次以上) 5. 过去 6个月内参加过任何临床试验 6. 拒绝参加本试验或无法按预期完成本试验(例如生病、服药、依从性差等) 7. 与本项目存在利益相关的东南大学公共卫生学院的教师和工作人员。

Exclusion criteria:

1. History of surgery for gastrointestinal disease, of acute and chronic gastrointestinal disorders within past five years; 2. Chronic disease (such as diebetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and etc,); 3. Antibiotic use in last 6 months; 4. Regular consumption of fermented products (Yogurt, kimchi, wine, yellow wine, fermented tea and other fermented products, more than four times a week); 5. Have participated in any clinical trials within the past 6 months; 6. Refusal to participate in this trial or inability to complete the trial as expected (such as illness, medication, poor compliance, etc.); 7. Teachers and staff from the School of Public Health at Southeast University who have a vested interest in this project.
