研究目的：

1）岛叶、前扣带回以及由岛叶及前扣带回组成的突显网络以及功能连接，在PSPD发病中潜在的脑结构和神经网络机制。 2）通过静息功能磁共振的研究,揭示PSPD患者情绪感知异常以及对负性情绪的评估、甚至疼痛感知的神经心理机制。 3）通过干预前后的研究，为PSPD患者药物治疗（盐酸度洛西汀缓释胶囊）的神经心理机制以及预测病情的预后、治疗方案的选择提供理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

1) The functional connectivity of insula, anterior cingulate gyrus, and 'salience' network of cingular -insular network, underlying the neural network mechanisms in the pathogenesis of PSPD; 2) Through the study of functional MRI resting state to reveal the mood perception of PSPD patients as well as the assessment of negative emotions, and even neuropsychological mechanisms of pain perception; 3) To provide a theoretical basis for the neuropsychological mechanism of PSPD patients treated with duloxetine sustained-release capsules,as well as the prognosis of the disease and the choice of treatment regimen.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）现患严重躯体疾病；（2）合并心血管、脑、肝、肾、造血系统等系统严重疾病，严重感染，恶性肿瘤，或其他可能对试验产生影响的疾病；（3）酒精或其他药物滥用者；（4）有精神疾病者（心境障碍、自杀性抑郁症、焦虑症、恐惧症、强迫症、创伤后应激障碍）；（5）备孕、妊娠或哺乳期妇女；(6)过去一个月内参与过其他临床实验；（7）MR图像结果有脑萎缩。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) presence of pain symptoms due to severe somatic diseases;
(2) combined cardiovascular, brain, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system or other serious diseases, severe infections, malignant tumors, or other diseases that may have an impact on the test;
(3) alcohol or other drug abusers;
(4) presence of mental diseases (such as affective disorder, suicidal depression, anxiety disorder, phobic anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and posttraumatic stress disorder);
(5) preparing pregnant, pregnant or lactating women;
(6) participation in other clinical trials within past 4 weeks;
(7) indications as evidenced by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of cerebral atrophy diagnosed by a radiologist who visually analyzed the MRI images on the scene.
