观察自体富血小板凝胶与维生素B12对比治疗放射性皮炎的疗效及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy and safety of autologous platelet-rich gel and vitamin B12 in the treatment of radiation dermatitis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄<18岁；2.对多类药物有过敏史或近期有过敏疾患者；3.有严重心肺疾病(如不稳定心绞痛发作、心功能不全II级、急性心肌梗死，慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作期，肺源性心脏病)，4.恶性肿瘤导致的皮肤破溃；5.依从性差者；6.研究者认为不适合入组者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age < 18 years old; 2. Patients with a history of allergy to many kinds of drugs or recent allergic diseases; 3. There are severe cardiopulmonary diseases (such as unstable angina pectoris attack, cardiac insufficiency II grade, acute myocardial infarction, acute attack of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary heart disease); 4. Skin rupture caused by malignant tumor; 5. Poor compliance; 6. The researchers believe that it is not suitable for those who join the group.
