Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①肾脏肿瘤等病理性因素所致出血者； ②止血困难、肾蒂严重损伤等危重症患者，需行肾脏切除术挽救生命者； ③患有严重心肝肾脑功能障碍，无法进行介入手术治疗者； ④炎症及感染性疾病患者； ⑤造影剂过敏者； ⑥无法完成随访者

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with bleeding caused by pathological factors such as renal tumors; ② Patients with critical conditions such as difficult hemostasis and severe renal pedicle injury, requiring nephrectomy to save lives; ③ Patients with severe dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney, or brain function, unable to undergo interventional surgical treatment; ④ Patients with inflammatory and infectious diseases; ⑤ Patients allergic to contrast agents; ⑥ Patients unable to complete follow-up.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	回顾性研究2015年8月至2023年8月在上海市第一人民医院进行超选择性肾动脉栓塞术治疗肾损伤性出血的患者，对入选患者的基本资料、病程资料、手术资料、介入资料、影像学资料、检验报告、病理报告等进行整理分类，对介入肾动脉造影图像以及介入栓塞手术记录进行整理分类，对造影表现为造影剂外溢、动静脉瘘、假性动脉瘤等特殊征象进行整理。患者将使用此次临床试验中符合项目规定的唯一编号进行区别，不能出现受试者的个人信息，如，姓名、性别；研究人员；体现受试者个人信息的任何文件、资料都要放在相对固定的位置，并且及时整理和归档，只有权限的人员才能进行书写或浏览，不得放置在人员流动性较大的区域或开放区域，非授权人员不能接触到任何与研究相关的病历资料；在发表研究结果时，使用群体综合数据而不是受试者的个体数据进行报告，描述个体出现的特殊情况时，不应出现能够识别受试者身份的个人信息，可以编码等代替。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	From August 2015 to August 2023, a retrospective observational study was conducted at Shanghai General Hospital on patients undergoing superselective renal artery embolization for renal traumatic hemorrhage. The basic information, course of illness, surgical data, interventional data, imaging data, laboratory reports, and pathological reports of eligible patients were organized and classified. The interventional renal arteriography images and interventional embolization operation records were also categorized. Special signs such as contrast agent extravasation, arteriovenous fistula, and pseudoaneurysm on imaging were organized. Patients will be identified by a unique number that complies with the project regulations, and personal information of the subjects, such as name and gender, as well as researchers' identities, will not be included. Documents or materials containing personal information of subjects must be kept in a relatively fixed location, promptly organized, and archived. Only authorized personnel are allowed to write or access them, and they should not be placed in areas with high personnel traffic or open areas. Individual data of subjects should not be reported when publishing research results; instead, aggregate data of the population should be used. When describing individual occurrences, personal information that could identify the subject's identity should not be included and can be replaced with codes or equivalents.
