研究目的:

1.揭示肺小结节中医易患体质的内在物质基础及其与表观遗传 DNA 甲基化水平的相关性,建立肺小结节患者中医体质数据库及基因甲基化生物样本库,为进一步开发中西医结合的肺小结节风险预测模型提供依据。 2.探索辨病-辨体论治的中药复方干预,调控高/中危肺小结节基因甲基化水平、降低肺小结节危险度、延缓结节发展的作用,为肺小结节中医干预策略的制定提供循证依据。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To reveal the intrinsic material basis of Chinese medicine susceptible constitution of pulmonary nodules and its correlation with epigenetic DNA methylation level, establish Chinese medicine constitution database and gene methylation biological sample bank of pulmonary nodules patients, and provide basis for further development of risk prediction model of pulmonary nodules integrated with traditional Chinese and western medicine. 2. To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound intervention on disease differentiation and body differentiation, regulating gene methylation level of high/moderate risk pulmonary nodules, reducing risk degree of pulmonary nodules and delaying nodule development, so as to provide evidence-based basis for formulating TCM intervention strategy for pulmonary nodules.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1)多学科会诊后需立即手术干预或患者要求手术者; 2)既往肺部恶性肿瘤病史者; 3)目前明确诊断肺部感染者; 4)入组前 1 月内或正在参加其他药物临床试验; 5)3 个月内有手术史者; 6)患有严重心脑血管、肝、肾、血液系统疾病,基础疾病不稳定者; 7)对干预药物成分已知存在不良反应者; 8)妊娠、哺乳期妇女; 9)存在智力或语言障碍,不能充分理解试验内容或无法给予良好合作的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1) Patients requiring immediate surgical intervention after multidisciplinary consultation or requiring surgery at the request of the patient; 2) Patients with previous history of lung malignant tumor; 3) Currently diagnosed lung infection; 4) Within 1 month prior to enrollment or participating in clinical trials of other drugs; 5) Patients with a history of surgery within 3 months; 6) Patients with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and blood system diseases, unstable underlying diseases; 7) known adverse reactions to the intervening drug ingredients; 8. Pregnant and lactating women; 9) Patients with intellectual or language impairments who cannot fully understand the test content or give good cooperation.
