研究目的：

主要目的：通过观察埋线组与假埋线组干预对女性腹型肥胖食欲的影响，验证埋线调节食欲的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: By observing the influence of acupoint catgut embedding group and sham acupoint catgut embedding group on appetite of female abdominal obesity, the clinical effect of embedding group on appetite regulation was validated.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）极度肥胖的患者（BMI≥40kg/m2）； （2）继发性肥胖症，如: 因内分泌疾病（库欣综合征、甲状腺疾病、下丘脑、垂体疾病、殖腺疾病等）或药物治疗（糖皮质激素、抗精神病药物）引起的肥胖； （3）合并有心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病及其他器质性病变等。或合并原发性高血压病且未能得到有效控制的患者；或有中风等病史且在3个月内不能通过运动进行体重控制的患者； （4）合并有重大精神心理创伤史、严重的精神、神经疾病无法合作或不愿合作的患者； （5）有出血倾向，对酒精、动物蛋白过敏或有免疫性疾病者； （6）妊娠和哺乳期妇女，近6个月内有生育要求或不能充分避孕者； （7）曾有肥胖症的手术治疗史； （8）3个月内接受其他减肥方法或参加过类似研究者； （9）既往经历过主要肠道切除手术或胃肠道大手术者； （10）近3个月服用抗生素持续3天及以上者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with extreme obesity (BMI≥40kg/m2); (2) Secondary obesity, such as: obesity caused by endocrine diseases (Cushing's syndrome, thyroid disease, hypothalamus, pituitary disease, genital disease, etc.) or drug treatment (glucocorticoids, antipsychotics); (3) Complicated with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other organic diseases. Or patients with essential hypertension and can not be effectively controlled; Or have a history of stroke and can not exercise weight control within 3 months; (4) Patients with a history of major mental trauma, serious mental or neurological diseases who are unable or unwilling to cooperate; (5) People with bleeding tendencies, allergies to alcohol, animal protein or immune diseases; (6) Pregnant and lactating women who have had fertility requirements within the last 6 months or who are unable to obtain adequate contraception; (7) A history of surgical treatment for obesity; (8) Accepted other weight loss methods or participated in similar researchers within 3 months; (9) Those who have previously undergone major intestinal resection or major gastrointestinal surgery; (10) Those who have taken antibiotics for 3 days or more in the past 3 months.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

先依据食欲强弱进行分层，分为强食欲组和弱食欲组，每组76例。运用SPSS28.0软件分别生成两组随机号：A1~76号，B1-76号；每组按1:1的比例分别随机分配到埋线组和假埋线组，然后组合分组结果得到最终的分组：埋线组和假埋线组。分组信息被放置在不透明的信封中，按照研究对象编号的顺序在信封表面填写编号。当纳入病例时，按照研究对象的纳入顺序打开信封，随机分配采用分层随机方法，随机号码的产生、保存均由不参与试验的第三方进行。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

According to the intensity of appetite, the patients were divided into strong appetite group and weak appetite group, 76 cases in each group. SPSS28.0 software was used to generate two groups of random numbers: A1~76, B1-76; Each group was randomly assigned to the Acupoint Catgut Embedding Group and the Sham Acupoint Catgut Embedding Group at a ratio of 1:1, and then the final group was obtained by combining the group results: the Acupoint Catgut Embedding Group and the Sham Acupoint Catgut Embedding Group. The group information was placed in opaque envelopes with numbers written on the surface of the envelopes in the order in which the subjects were numbered. When the cases were included, the envelopes were opened according to the order of inclusion of the subjects, and stratified randomization was adopted for random allocation. The generation and preservation of random numbers were carried out by a third party who did not participate in the experiment.
