研究目的：

探究经光学相干断层扫描（OCT）识别出急性冠脉综合征“罪犯”斑块不同病理类型患者的临床特征及预后分析，从而来指导“罪犯”斑块的管理，为 ACS患者的临床实践进行指导，并为该患者群体提出未来的预防和治疗目标。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical characteristics and prognostic analysis of patients with different pathological types of "offender" plaques of acute coronary syndrome identified by optical coherence tomography (OCT), so as to guide the management of "offender" plaques, guide the clinical practice of ACS patients, and propose future prevention and treatment targets for this patient group.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a. 急、慢性重症感染性疾病； b. 严重的肝脏或肾脏疾病； c. 恶性肿瘤，自身免疫性或慢性消耗性疾病； d. 拒绝参加本项研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

a. Acute and chronic severe infectious diseases; b. severe liver or kidney disease; c. Malignant tumors, autoimmune or chronic wasting diseases; d. declined to participate in this study.
