研究目的：

建立高原地区世居健康人群6MWD的预测模型并验证，以期为医务工作者使用6MWD评估高原地区人群的心肺功能，判断心肺疾病的严重程度、早期进行干预治疗、评估治疗效果以及预后提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

A prediction model of 6MWD was developed and validated for the healthy population living in the plateau area, in order to provide a theoretical basis for medical workers to use 6MWD to assess the cardiopulmonary function of the population in the plateau area, to judge the severity of cardiopulmonary diseases, to carry out intervention treatment at an early stage, and to evaluate the effect of treatment as well as the prognosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.需要借助辅助工具才能步行的受试者； 2.患有任何影响受试者运动的疾病：运动系统重大外伤后、中风、神经肌肉疾病、周围血管病、骨骼肌肉功能紊乱、跛行、认知障碍、关节炎、心脏病等； 3.正在服用可能影响运动的药物； 4.过去一个月内出现呼吸系统疾病病史； 5.基础收缩压≥140mmHg或舒张压≥90 mmHg或静息心率＞100次/分或<60次/分； 6.血氧饱和度<85%； 7.肺功能异常； 8.自我感觉不适； 9.BMI<18kg／m2或者BMI>40kg／m2

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects who require assistance to walk; 2. suffering from any disease that affects the subject's ability to exercise: after major trauma to the locomotor system, stroke, neuromuscular disease, peripheral vascular disease, skeletal muscle dysfunction, claudication, cognitive impairment, arthritis, cardiac disease; 3. taking medications that may affect exercise; 4. a history of respiratory disease within the past month; 5. basal systolic blood pressure ≥ 140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure ≥ 90 mmHg or resting heart rate > 100 beats/min or < 60 beats/min; 6. oxygen saturation <85%; 7. abnormal lung function; 8. self-perceived discomfort; 9. BMI <18kg/m2 or BMI >40kg/m2.
