Objectives of Study: |
To investigate the effectiveness of multi-channel intelligent functional electrical stimulation on the gait, the coordinated muscle contraction and excitability of the brain; To research the impact that treating duration has on the effect of FES and provides theoretical evidence for setting the optimize treatment of different treatment duration on the therapeutic effect of multi-channel intelligent functional electrical stimulation. |

Inclusion criteria |

|
排除标准: |
进展型脑卒中;蛛网膜下腔出血;再发脑卒中;年龄小于40岁或大于80岁;双侧肢体功能障碍;有感觉障碍;有严重认知功能障碍(AMT<7分);有其他影响步行的肌肉骨关节疾患(如骨折、骨性关 节炎等)和神经系统疾患(如震颤、不自主运动、帕金森病等);电刺激治疗的禁忌症(如心脏起搏器、局部金属内固定等);合并严重心、肝、肾等疾病;颅脑外伤、肿瘤; 有癫痫发作史或被诊断为癫痫者;不愿意签署知情同意书者。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
Progressing stroke; subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH); recurrent stroke; dysfunction of bilateral limbs; sensory disorder; severe cognition dysfunction (AMT﹤7 scores); with other musculo-orthopeadic disorders affecting ambulation (e.g. fractures, OA) or neurological diseases(e.g. tremor, involuntary movement, PD); With contradiction of electrical stimulation (e.g. cardiac pacemaker, local metal internal fixation); severe diseases of heart, lung and kidney; cranio-cerebral injuries or tumors; with a history of epilepsy or already diagnosed with epilepsy; refuse to sign the informed consent form. |
