研究目的:

探索基于多模态fNIRS,寻找与脑卒中后失语症患者沟通功能显著相关的重要特征;并通过机器学习方法结合影像组学、人口统计学和行为学特征,构建脑卒中后失语症沟通功能结局预测模型,并进行内部验证。  

Objectives of Study:

Explore the important features significantly related to communication function in patients with post-stroke aphasia based on multi-modal fNIRS, and construct a predictive model for communication function outcomes in post-stroke aphasia by combining imaging genomics, demographic, and behavioral characteristics through machine learning methods, and conduct internal validation.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)由其它疾病比如脑肿瘤、脑外伤、脑寄生虫病等引起的失语者; (2)构音障碍等周围器官所致言语障碍及认知障碍无法配合语言功能检查; (3)存在严重的听觉或视觉功能障碍的失语患者; (4)存在卒中后严重并发症,比如严重肺部感染、肩手综合征等患者; (5)患有严重心脏疾病,心、肝、肾功能衰竭,恶性肿瘤、消化道出血的患者; (6)癫痫症病史者。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) People with aphasia caused by other diseases such as brain tumors, traumatic brain injury, and brain parasitosis; (2) Speech disorders caused by peripheral organs such as dysarthria and cognitive disorders unable to cooperate with language function tests; (3) Aphasic patients in the presence of severe auditory or visual dysfunction; (4) Patients with severe post-stroke complications such as severe lung infection and shoulder-hand syndrome; (5) Patients suffering from severe heart disease, cardiac, hepatic, and renal failure, malignant tumors, and gastrointestinal bleeding; (6) Patients with a history of epilepsy.
