研究目的：

1) 建设HFpEF患者及其合并症管理的数据研究平台。 2） 规范冠心病合并HFpEF患者的心衰药物管理，对非冠心病合并HFpEF患者提出合并症管理之外的长期管理策略，逐渐形成个体化的管理方案。 3) 形成HFpEF的教育平台，解决射血分数保留心衰患者在临床上管理策略不足的问题，提高临床对不同类型射血分数保留心衰的诊治水平。  

Objectives of Study：

1) To build a data research platform for HFpEF patients; 2) To standardize the management of drugs in patients with HFpEF; 3) To improve the diagnosis and treatment of patients with HFpEF.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.慢性疾病终末期； 2.严重精神疾病患者； 3.受试者不能理解或配合完成随访； 4.恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with end-stage chronic diseases;
2. Patients with severe mental illness;
3. Patients can not understand the protocol or comply with the study;
4. Patients with malignant tumors.
