研究目的：

中山大学附属第一医院整形外科于 2023 年 11 月 07 日收治 1 例硅胶假体隆乳术后双侧大面积淤血伴重度贫血的病人，经过整形外科、消化内科及血液内科等多科室的共同诊疗，最终确诊为左氧氟沙星致溶血性贫血（hemolytic anemia, HA）病人。通过对该例特殊患者诊治过程的总结，我们希望能够加强对术后出血及药物性溶血的患者做好早期鉴别，规避影响患者生命的严重并发症发生。  

Objectives of Study：

On November 7, 2023, the Department of Plastic Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University admitted a patient with bilateral massive congestion and severe anemia after breast augmentation with silicone prosthesis. After joint diagnosis and treatment of plastic surgery, gastroenterology, hematology and other departments, the patient was finally diagnosed as hemolytic anemia (HA) caused by levofloxacin. By summarizing the diagnosis and treatment process of this special patient, we hope to strengthen the early identification of patients with postoperative bleeding and drug-induced hemolysis, and avoid serious complications that affect patients' lives.
