研究目的：

研究使用便携式三维超声系统Scolioscan Air进行拉伸训练/三维牵引前后脊柱柔韧性的测量，期望通过拉伸训练/三维牵引改善脊柱柔韧性，从而提高脊柱侧凸矫形器的矫治效果，为AIS的非手术治疗提供参考和建议。（1）使用超声成像系统评估拉伸运动或三维牵引对AIS患者脊柱柔韧性的影响；（2）研究超声测量的柔韧性与身体检查评估的柔韧性之间的关系；（3）比较在矫形器适配前进行拉伸训练，三维牵引和仅观察的AIS患者的治疗效果；

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the portable 3D ultrasound system Scolioscan Air was used to measure spinal flexibility before and after stretching training / 3D traction, hoping to improve spinal flexibility through stretching training / 3D traction, so as to improve the correction effect of scoliosis orthotics, and provide references and suggestions for non-surgical treatment of AIS. (1) to evaluate the effect of the self-stretching and machine-stretching exercises on the spinal flexibility of the patients with AIS using clinical ultrasound imaging; (2) to study the correlation between clinical ultrasound imaging and physical examination in the spinal flexibility assessments of the patients with AIS; (3) to compare the initial in-orthosis correction between the three patient groups of AIS (Control Group, C: without stretching; Test Group, S: self-stretching exercises, and Test Group, M: machine-stretching exercises applied before orthoses fitting).

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有运动禁忌症的受试者，如心肺功能异常、急性感染、不受控制的代谢疾病、精神问题或神经肌肉问题；（2）之前因其他脊柱疾病和问题进行过脊柱手术的受试者；（3）拒绝参与的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Subjects with contraindications to exercise or stretching, like cardiopulmonary dysfunctions, systematic infection, uncontrolled metabolic diseases, mental problems, or neuromuscular problems; (2) The presence of a spinal pathology other than AIS or subjects who had undergone previous spinal surgery; (3) Refuse to participate in the experiment.

将由课题组其中一名研究人员使用计算机程序以1:1:1的方式生成随机序列，将受试者随机分入拉伸训练，三维牵引和观察组三组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The participants will be randomized into three groups using a random number generated by a computer program in a 1:1:1 fashion. The two test groups will undergo a self-stretching exercise and a machine-stretching exercise during the waiting period between orthosis prescription and orthosis fitting, and the control group will be dealt with the conventional way with no stretching exercises within the same period.
