Objectives of Study：

The objectives of this study were to investigate the value of diurnal cortisol levels between HCC patients and healthy person and to compare the diurnal cortisol levels between good and poor sleeper in the HCC patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

診斷爲睡眠紊亂（發作性睡病、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停、不安腿綜合征，或慢性失眠）、肝性腦病、常夜班。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients were excluded if they had a diagnosed sleep disorder (e.g., narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, or chronic insomnia), hepatic encephalopathy, or a job with a rotating or permanent night shift.
