研究目的：

本研究的目的是通过多中心、双盲、分层、双臂随机对照临床研究确定双耳同步迷走神经电刺激促醒意识障碍患者的疗效和安全性，为双耳同步迷走神经电刺激治疗意识障碍提供高质量证据的支持。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy and safety of bilateral synchronous vagus nerve stimulation in patients with disorders of consciousness through a multicenter, double-blind, stratified, double-arm randomized controlled trial, and to provide high-quality evidence for the treatment of disorders of consciousness with bilateral synchronous vagus nerve stimulation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.①生命体征不稳定而无法进行研究的患者；；
2.②活动性颅内压升高的患者；；
3.③脑内植入金属物，植入起搏器、人工耳蜗的患者；；
4.④脑损伤前存在既往神经系统疾病史的患者；；
5.⑤由全身麻醉剂（如丙泊酚）或中枢作用镇静剂（如苯二氮卓类药物、阿片类药物）引起深度镇静的患者；；
6.⑥心动过缓、房颤、房室传导阻滞患者；；
7.⑦妊娠患者。；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients whose vital signs are too unstable to be studied;
2.(2) Patients with active intracranial hypertension;
3.(3) Patients with pacemakers and cochlear implants and metal implants in the brain;
4.(4) Patients with a history of cerebral nervous system disease prior to brain injury;
5.(5) Patients with deep sedation caused by general anesthesia (e.g., propofol) or central sedatives (e.g., benzodiazepines, opioids);
6.(6) Patients with bradycardia, atrial fibrillation, atrioventricular block;
7.(7) Pregnant patients.;
