研究目的：

探索父母训练能否短期及长期改善学龄期（6-12岁）ADHD患者的核心症状、行为及情绪问题、家庭功能及社会功能  

Objectives of Study：

Determine the efficacy of parent training (PT) for children with ADHD,confirming whether it is effective in ADHD symptoms, conduct problem and parenting stress.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）患其他神经发育障碍疾病（不需药物干预的抽动障碍除外）； 2）患重大躯体疾病和神经系统疾病，如先天性心脏病，癫痫； 3）曾经或者目前接受其他ADHD父母训练患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Diagnosed with other neurological disorders (except for the tic disorders without medication intervention); 2) Diagnosed with severe physical diseases and nervous system diseases, such as congenital heart disease, epilepsy; 3) Once or currently undergoing other parent training of adhd patients.

本研究将进行随机化分组，首先将患者按照年龄、性别进行分层，分层后在组内进行随机分组，不参与研究测查的统计人员使用随机数字生成器排序后以1：1的比例分配至干预组及对照组。

This study will be randomized. First of all, the patients were layered according to their age and gender. After layering, the group was randomly packed in the group, statators who do not participate in the research and investigations used random digital generators to sort at a ratio of 1: 1 allocated to the interventiongroup and control group.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1）数据采集方式 纳入儿童的诊断信息、共患病信息、智力的采集方式为面对面评估后使用病例记录表记录，量表测评数据使用问卷星的形式采集，家长扫描相应量表的二维码即可进行填写，采集过程由受过专业培训的研究员完成。 2）数据管理系统 对已经收集的数据使用EXCEL以及SPSS软件进行整理和分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

(1) Data collection method Diagnostic information, co-morbidities, and intelligence of the included children were collected in the form of a case record sheet after face-to-face assessment, and the scale assessment data were collected in the form of a questionnaire star, which could be filled in by parents scanning the QR code of the corresponding scale, and the collection process was completed by professionally trained researchers. 2) Data management system The collected data were collated and analysed using EXCEL and SPSS software.
