研究目的：

（1）评价全脑CT灌注扫描联合头颈部CTA的多模态CT检查技术在指导临床治疗WUS患者和SWA患者中的应用效果及其临床价值。 （2）在县域医共体下推广多模态CT检查技术，优化流程，减少检查时间，缩短病人到达医院到再灌注治疗时间。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the application effect and clinical value of the multimodal CT technique of whole brain CT perfusion scanning combined with head and neck CTA in guiding the clinical treatment of WUS patients and SWA patients. 2. Multi-modal CT examination technology should be promoted in the county medical community to optimize the process, reduce the examination time, and shorten the time from patient arrival to reperfusion treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.颅脑CT提示颅内出血或蛛网膜下腔出血、其他部位活动性出血或有明显出血倾向； 2.严重心、肝、肾功能不全； 3.妊娠期者； 4.碘对比剂过敏者； 5.溶栓治疗和机械取栓治疗禁忌症者; 6.药物无法控制的严重高血压； 7.头颅平扫CT、CTP或头颈部CTA图像存在严重伪影者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cranial CT showed intracranial hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage, active bleeding in other parts or obvious bleeding tendency; 2. Severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3. Pregnant; 4. Those who are allergic to iodine contrast medium; 5. Patients with contraindications to thrombolytic therapy and mechanical thrombectomy; 6. Severe hypertension that cannot be controlled by medications; 7. Those with serious artifacts in the CT, CTP or head and neck CTA images of the head and neck.
