研究目的：

选取临床社区获得性肺炎患者，通过非随机对照临床试验研究，评价甘露清瘟方对感染所致肺部炎症患者的疗效，探究其对铁死亡相关指标的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The clinical patients with community-acquired pneumonia were selected to evaluate the efficacy of Ganlu Qingwen prescription on patients with infection-induced pulmonary inflammation and explore its influence on the related indicators of iron death through non-randomized controlled clinical trials

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）过敏体质，对中药成分过敏者；（2）肿瘤、妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；（3）精神状态不能合作者，患有精神性疾病，无自制力，不能明确表达者；（4）正参加其他临床试验者；（5）根据研究者判断，会出现入组复杂化或依从性不佳等影响疗效及安全性评估的患者，如合并气胸、肺癌、活动性肺结核等其他严重肺部疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with allergies, allergies to traditional Chinese medicine ingredients; (2) tumors, pregnant or lactating women; (3) Those who are mentally unable to cooperate, suffer from mental illness, have no self-control, and cannot express themselves clearly; (4) Those who are participating in other clinical trials; (5) According to the judgment of the investigator, there will be patients with complications of enrollment or poor compliance that affect the efficacy and safety assessment, such as patients with pneumothorax, lung cancer, active tuberculosis and other serious lung diseases.
