研究目的：

本课题拟通过前瞻性研究来探索超声引导竖脊肌平面阻滞和斜肋下腹横肌平面阻滞在腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后镇痛中的应用，从而降低腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后的疼痛强度，减少对阿片类药物的需求，缩短康复时间，提高患者满意度，为改进腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后疼痛管理提供有力的证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to explore the application of ultrasound-guided vertical spinal muscle plane block and oblique subcosto-transverse abdominal muscle plane block in postoperative analgesia after laparoscopic cholecystectomy through prospective research, so as to reduce the pain intensity after laparoscopic cholecystectomy, reduce the demand for opioids, shorten the rehabilitation time, and improve patient satisfaction. It provides strong evidence for improving pain management after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）对研究药物过敏或对局部麻醉药物过敏；2）有滥用阿片类药物的历史；3）阻滞穿刺部位已有皮肤感染；4）患有外周神经病；5）凝血功能异常，即凝血酶原时间或活化部分凝血酶原时间超过标准值，或国际标准化比值（INR）大于1.4，或者血小板计数小于80 x 10^9/l；6）严重肾功能损害（需行肾脏替代治疗）；7）严重肝功能损害（Child-Pugh分级C级）；8）患者及家属要求应用镇痛泵；9）主治医生或研究者认为存在其他不宜参加本研究的情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Allergic to the investigational drug or to local anesthetic drugs; 2) A history of opioid abuse; 3) There is skin infection at the site of blocked puncture; 4) Suffering from peripheral neuropathy; 5) Abnormal coagulation function, i.e. prothrombin time or activated partial prothrombin time exceeds the standard value, or the International Normalized ratio (INR) is greater than 1.4, or the platelet count is less than 80 x 10^9/l; 6) Severe renal function impairment (kidney replacement therapy required); 7) Severe liver function impairment (Child-Pugh grade C); 8) Patients and their families request analgesic pumps; 9) The attending physician or researcher considers that there are other circumstances that are not suitable for participation in this study;
