Objectives of Study：

It is to find the optimum amount of tidal volume and PEEP for patients with minimal physiological disturbances and satisfying the optimal oxygenation status of patients

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

中途转为开腹者
术中发生皮下气肿、气胸、高碳酸血症者
患者存在肺气肿、慢性支气管炎等肺部疾病
患者存在心脏疾病者
BMI＞27.5Kg/㎡或＜18.5Kg/㎡

Exclusion criteria：

1. Converted to open laparotomy midway;
2. Subcutaneous emphysema, pneumothorax, hypercapnia patients;
3. Patients with lung diseases such as emphysema and chronic bronchitis;
4. Patients with heart disease.
