研究目的：

本研究拟以健康本源模型为指导，在前期中医复杂干预（中医特色认知训练、腧穴按摩、经络拍打、五行音乐、太极拳组合方案）的基础上，通过探索性序列混合研究调查社区老年MCI人群中医健康行为促进及阻碍因素；进而建立该人群中医健康行为影响因素的结构方程模型，探究MCI人群中医健康行为的驱动机制，构建“触发-巩固-内化”健康行为促进模型；以该模型为指导，采用Delphi法构建健康赋权、社会参与、文化认同方案，再采用多阶段优化策略，考虑患者偏好的部分随机试验设计，以RE-AIM为评价框架，筛选中医特色MCI干预有效成分并实施1年后持续随访1年（每3个月随访1次），监测MCI人群中医健康行为的可持续性、痴呆转化率、生活质量等指标。本课题将创新我国社区MCI人群照护模式，并为政府推行痴呆防治策略提供科学建议。  

Objectives of Study：

Guided by the health origin model and based on the previous complex intervention of traditional Chinese medicine (traditional Chinese medicine characteristic cognitive training, acupoint massage, meridian tapping, five-element music, Taijiquan combination program), this study investigated the promotion and hindrance factors of traditional Chinese medicine health behavior in the elderly MCI population in the community through an exploratory series mixed study. Then, the structural equation model of influencing factors of TCM health behavior was established, the driving mechanism of TCM health behavior in MCI population was explored, and a "trigger - consolidation - internalization" health behavior promotion model was constructed. Under the guidance of this model, Delphi method was used to construct health empowerment, social participation and cultural identity programs, and multi-stage optimization strategy was adopted. The partial randomized trial design considering patients' preferences was adopted, and RE-AIM was used as the evaluation framework to screen the effective ingredients of MCI intervention with TCM characteristics, and continuous follow-up was conducted for 1 year after implementation (once every 3 months). The sustainability of TCM health behavior, dementia conversion rate, quality of life and other indicators of MCI population were monitored. This study will innovate the community MCI care model in China and provide scientific suggestions for the government to implement dementia prevention and treatment strategies.

排除标准：

①确诊的痴呆，帕金森，癫痫，中风或中风病史者；②合并严重心、肝、肾疾病或恶性肿瘤者；③既往2年内有酒精、药物滥用或依赖史；④既往有精神疾患。

Exclusion criteria：

① Diagnosed dementia, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, stroke, or history of stroke; ② Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney disease or malignant tumor; ③Have a history of alcohol or drug abuse or dependence within the past 2 years; ④ Previous mental illness.
