研究目的：

在临床实践中，大部分医院还在执行传统的指南方案或者禁水时间长于推荐时间。我国对择期手术儿童术前禁水方案仍无统一的规范。应根据我国医疗现状制订出适合我国国情的术前照护模式，制订合理的术前禁水时间，在提高儿童舒适度的基础上，降低麻醉风险，保证手术安全顺利进行。本实验主要目的是探讨不同的术前禁水时间对儿童苏醒期躁动的影响，为减少苏醒期不良反应的发生几率，降低因长时间禁饮引起的潜在风险，减少躁动时间，提高满意度，提升围术期安全，节约社会资源。

Objectives of Study：

In clinical practice, most hospitals still implement the traditional guideline protocol or prohibit water for a longer time than recommended. There is still no unified standard for preoperative water prohibition in children undergoing elective surgery in China. According to the current medical situation in China, we should formulate a preoperative care model suitable for China's national conditions, formulate a reasonable preoperative water prohibition time, on the basis of improving the comfort of children, reduce the risk of anesthesia, and ensure the safety and smooth operation. The main purpose of this experiment is to explore the effect of different preoperative water deprivation time on the emergence agitation of children, in order to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during the emergence period, reduce the potential risks caused by prolonged water deprivation, reduce the emergence agitation time, improve satisfaction, improve perioperative safety, and save social resources.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）近两周出现上呼吸道感染、有哮喘病史等呼吸系统疾病者；（2）先天性心脏病、先天性发育不良等心功能不全者；（3）严重肝肾疾病者；（4）对麻醉药物过敏及近期服用过镇静药物者；（5）手术过程中病情复杂改变术式者；（6）父母拒绝者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with upper respiratory tract infection in the past two weeks, asthma history and other respiratory diseases; (2) congenital heart disease, congenital dysplasia and other cardiac insufficiency; (3) severe liver and kidney diseases; (4) patients who were allergic to anesthetic drugs or had recently taken sedative drugs; (5) patients with complicated conditions changed the operation method during the operation; (6) Those whose parents refuse.
