研究目的：

1）通过文献回顾、专家咨询等方法构建脑卒中患者吞咽障碍护理干预方案。 2）对进行护理干预的脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的干预效果进行评价。

Objectives of Study：

1) To construct the nursing intervention program for patients with stroke by literature review, expert consultation and other methods. 2) To evaluate the effects of nursing intervention for stroke patients with dysphagia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有明显认知功能障碍或意识不清者，不具备基本的阅读和理解能力
②合并严重的心肺疾病患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have obvious cognitive impairment or confusion and can't read and understand;
2. Pattients who combined with severe heart and lung disease.
