研究目的：

主要研究目的：比较食管恶性肿瘤根治性放疗患者接受管饲和接受营养教育及膳食指导的效果，以确定哪种营养支持方式对患者的营养状况、治疗耐受性和预后具有更积极的影响。 次要研究目的：1.验证食管癌根治性放疗前进行营养治疗对减少体重丢失和治疗中断的效果，探讨及早进行营养治疗的必要性。2.评估管饲在食管癌根治性放疗患者中的应用效果，包括管饲相对于经口摄入的优势、对体重丢失、治疗中断和入院频率的影响。3.探讨通过营养干预改善患者的营养状况是否能改善长期预后，分析营养状况与放疗患者的生存期之间的关联性。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of this study was to compare the effects of tube feeding and nutritional education and dietary guidance in patients undergoing radical radiotherapy for esophageal malignancies, in order to determine which type of nutritional support has a more positive impact on the nutritional status, treatment tolerance and prognosis of patients. Secondary objectives: 1. To verify the efficacy of nutritional therapy before radical radiotherapy for esophageal cancer in reducing weight loss and treatment interruption, and to explore the necessity of early nutritional therapy. 2. To evaluate the efficacy of tube feeding in patients with radical radiotherapy for esophageal cancer, including the advantages of tube feeding over oral intake, influence on weight loss, treatment interruption, and hospital admission frequency. 3. To explore whether improving the nutritional status of patients through nutritional intervention can improve the long-term prognosis, and analyze the association between nutritional status and survival

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）存在精神障碍的患者；（2）存在严重心肺功能障碍的患者；（3）并存其他恶性肿瘤；（4）既往接受过放疗；（5）合并其他相关疾病：如其他营养吸收障碍、代谢异常等疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with mental disorders; (2) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; (3) Other malignant tumors coexist; (4) had previously received radiotherapy; (5) Combined with other related diseases: such as other nutrient absorption disorders, metabolic abnormalities and other diseases.
