研究目的：

构建并实施促进艾滋病患者疾病适应的干预方案，评价该方案对艾滋病患者疾病适应结局（包括生活质量、心理健康、疾病接受度、免疫结局指标等）的作用，以期为将来艾滋病患者的疾病管理和健康促进提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

To develop and test an intervention program to promote the adaptation of PLWH, and to identify its efficacy on promoting adaptation outcomes of PLWH (including quality of life, mental health, acceptance of illness, and immune function), which may provide evidence to PLWH management and health promotion.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)合并肿瘤；(2)机会性感染急性发作期；(3)无智能手机； (4)目前怀孕； (5)正在参加其他干预性研究；(6)拒绝参加本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) complicated with tumor; (2) acute attack of opportunistic infections; (3) no smart phone; (4) current pregnancy; (5) participating in other intervention studies; (6) refused to participate in the study.
