研究目的：

确定与LDH预后相关的临床指标，并运用JOA评分对经过标准化治疗的LDH患者进行疗效分级；使计算机通过相关机器学习方法学习不同疗效LDH患者的预后相关指标；建立LDH疗效的预测模型，并检验模型准确率；将预测模型程序化，并应用于临床。  

Objectives of Study：

Determine the clinical indicators related to the prognosis of LDH, and use JOA score to grade the efficacy of LDH patients with standardized treatment; make the computer to learn the prognosis of LDH patients with different efficacy through relevant machine learning methods; establish the prediction model of LDH efficacy, and test the accuracy of the model; program the prediction model and apply it to clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）不符合以上纳入标准而纳入的患者。（2）年龄小于 18 岁，大于 85 岁。（3）合并有肿瘤或脊柱转移性肿瘤疾病，或者其他系统疾病能够影响所测影像、生理、临床指标者。（4）有中枢或者周围神经系统损伤病史。（5）开始临床治疗前 1 周内口服过各种止痛药物，可能会影响治疗前临床评分的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria mentioned above.(2) Patients younger than 18 years old or older than 85 years old.(3) Patients with tumors or metastatic spinal tumors, or other systemic diseases that can affect the imaging, physiological, or clinical indicators being measured.(4) Patients with a history of central or peripheral nervous system injury.(5) Patients who have taken various analgesic medications orally within one week before starting clinical treatment, as it may affect the pre-treatment clinical assessment scores.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

患者治疗前、后的临床量表采用纸质版表格进行评估，之后存储于科室或医院伦理办公室。影像学数据由相关软件分类后存储至硬盘并备份。待数据完成后进行统一计算与处理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The clinical evaluation scales of patients before and after treatment will be stored in our department or in the ethics office of hospital.The imaging data will be stored in a hard disk after it was classified by relevant software. And all the data will be calculated and processed after the experiment was completed.
