研究目的：

（1） 比较不同行针手法（提插法、捻转法、不行手法）治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征的疗效差异； （2） 探讨不同行针手法治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征的疗效差异是否与不同的得气针感及激痛点局部肌肉抽搐反应有关。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to compare the efficacy of different acupuncture techniques (lifting, twisting, no needling manipulation) in the treatment of myofascial pain syndrome, and to determine whether this difference in efficacy is related to the different sensations of de qi and the local muscle twitching response of the pain point.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）不符合肌筋膜疼痛综合征的诊断标准及纳入标准者； （2）针灸禁忌症，如皮肤感染、溃疡、瘢痕、肿瘤及传染性疾病； （3）1 个月内接受过与本病相关的中西医治疗者； （4）合并严重心、脑、肾等重大器官疾病者以及精神障碍者； （5）孕妇、哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who do not meet the diagnostic and inclusion criteria for myofascial pain syndrome; (2) Acupuncture contraindications, such as skin infections, ulcers, scars, tumors and infectious diseases; (3) Patients who have received Chinese and western medicine treatment within 1 month; (4) Patients with serious heart, brain, kidney and other major organ diseases and mental disorders; (5) Pregnant and lactating women.
