研究目的：

拟通过前瞻性的随机对照试验分析麻醉苏醒过程使用不同PEEP联合纯氧通气在小儿支气管封堵单肺通气胸腔镜手术后对肺不张及肺损伤的影响，以确定最优的PEEP水平，从而改善患儿医疗结局质量，也为其临床应用提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted to analyze the effects of different PEEP combined with pure oxygen ventilation on atelectasis and lung injury after one-lung ventilation thoracoscopic surgery with bronchial blockade in infants during anesthesia recovery, to determine the optimal PEEP level, so as to improve the quality of infant's medical outcomes and provide a basis for its clinical application.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）气管插管内径小于3.0mm；（2）术前肺部CT或超声提示肺不张；（3）术中改为双肺通气者；（4）术中吸入氧浓度大于90%；（5）术中PEEP发生改变者；（6）呼吸、循环系统功能不全者；（7）拒绝参与研究项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)The inner diameter of tracheal intubation is less than 3.0 mm; (2)Preoperative lung CT or ultrasound showed atelectasis; (3)Change to bilateral ventilation during operation;(4)The concentration of oxygen inhaled during operation is greater than 90%;(5)PEEP changes during operation;(6)Respiratory and circulatory system dysfunction;(7)Those who refuse to participate in the research project.
