研究目的：

探讨在压力控制容量保证通气模式（PCV-VG）下，优化吸气流速的通气方式对单肺通气下胸科患者术后肺部并发症的影响，为新型通气模式的设计提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of ventilation mode with optimized inspiratory flow rate on postoperative pulmonary complications in chest patients with single lung ventilation under pressure controlled volume assured ventilation mode (PCV-VG), and to provide clinical basis for the design of new ventilation mode.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①心力衰竭；②肺大泡、肺气肿；③孕妇及哺乳期女性；④氧疗；⑤肺外手术；⑥拒绝参加本试验；⑦其他重大疾病，不能耐受手术。

Exclusion criteria：

① Heart failure; ② Pulmonary bulla, emphysema; ③ Pregnant and lactating women; ④ Oxygen therapy;⑤Extra-pulmonary surgery; ⑥ Refuse to participate in this test; ⑦ Other major diseases, can not tolerate surgery.

The tidal volume of two-lung ventilation was 8ml /kg, the tidal volume of single-lung ventilation was 6ml/kg, the positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) was 5cmH2O, the partial end-expiratory carbon dioxide (PETCO2) was 30-55 mmHg, and the pressure rise time and inspiratory time were adjusted according to the pressure waveform and flow waveform.

The tidal volume of two-lung ventilation is 8ml /kg, the tidal volume of single-lung ventilation is 6ml/kg, the flow rate of fresh air is 2L/min, the positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) is 5cmH2O, the partial end-expiratory pressure of carbon dioxide (PETCO2) is 30-55mmHg, the pressure rise time is adjusted to 0.2s (the default of the ventilator), and the fixed suction/breathing ratio is 1:2.
