研究目的：

1）通过对多中心、前瞻性数据库进行二次分析，筛选肿瘤患者，通过统计学分析，获得肿瘤患者AKI临床相关预测因子，为临床预防AKI的发生提供指导依据； 2）我们利用筛选出的因子构建列线图（Nomogram），将多个预测因子整合后使用带有刻度线段绘制在同一平面上的图形,医务人员可以根据每项预测因子的评分个体化预测肿瘤患者发生AKI的风险,及早预防AKI的发生。 3）通过区分度（Discrimination）和校准度（Calibration）来评价模型的优劣。  

Objectives of Study：

1) Through the secondary analysis of the multi-center and prospective database, the tumor patients were screened, and the clinically relevant predictors of AKI in cancer patients were obtained through statistical analysis, so as to provide guidance for the clinical prevention of AKI; 2) We use the selected factors to construct a nomogram, integrate multiple predictors and use a graph with tick segments drawn on the same plane, so that medical staff can individually predict the risk of AKI in cancer patients according to the score of each predictor, and prevent the occurrence of AKI as soon as possible. 3) Evaluate the quality of the model through discrimination and calibration.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.非肿瘤患者 2.重复进入ICU的患者 3.无法顺利随访的患者 4.进行过肾移植或肾切除手术

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non-tumor patients 2. Patients with repeated ICU admissions 3. Patients who cannot be followed up smoothly 4. Have had a kidney transplant or nephrectomy
